1. Closing date would be September 18 , 2010 on Satarday.

2. technical offers would be opend on September 28,2010 at 11:30 O'clock,and after final evaluation of all technical offers,the commercial offers will be opened .

3.In the event that technical offer accepted the opening date of priced offer would be announced to bidders.

4. Bidders should have capability to submit both bid bond & PBG as stipulated and amountedin tender documents.

5. The Attached Tender Guarantee Form Should Be Filled Equal to Euro 755 for Foreign Tenderers and Rials 10,200,000 for Local Tenderers with At least 90 Days Validity from Expiry Date of Proposal.
